The six steps.
Step 1 - Tell us what you need.
Message us on WhatsApp or use the Request form: brand, model, year range, budget, destination country, new or pre-owned. The search is free and carries no obligation - compare us with anyone.
Step 2 - We search the UAE market.
Official brand agencies, trusted dealers and the wider UAE market - GCC-spec vehicles only, and only vehicles eligible for import into your country. We check age and spec compliance before anything reaches you.
Step 3 - Inspect from anywhere.
For each shortlisted vehicle you receive: a written inspection report, a full photo set, video, and a VIN history check - included as standard. Then book a live video walk-around: we point the camera wherever you direct - engine bay, chassis, boot floor, a cold start, the odometer. Want a second opinion? We can arrange an independent third-party inspection at cost.
Step 4 - You approve. Then we buy.
Nothing is purchased until you approve the exact vehicle. To proceed: 70% advance against invoice, paid to our company bank account - never a personal account. Bank escrow available on request.
Step 5 - We ship and insure.
Containerized shipping from the UAE with marine insurance included - the vehicle is our responsibility, not your risk, all the way. You pay the balance only after your vehicle has shipped - we send you the bill of lading and shipping documents as proof your car is on the water before the final payment.
Step 6 - Customs cleared. Delivered to your door.
On arrival we clear customs - typically 5–7 working days - and deliver the vehicle to your address. Duties, taxes and clearing fees are already included in your price. Handover is when your 30-day replacement guarantee begins.

Frequently asked questions.
Is the search really free?
Yes. Quotes, inspection details, photos and video calls cost nothing. You pay only when you approve a specific vehicle and decide to proceed.
How do I know the vehicle is real and the photos are genuine?
The VIN appears in your documents and on camera. You direct a live video walk-around yourself. And if you have a relative or agent in the UAE, they're welcome to attend the inspection in person.
Do you ever sell accident-repaired or flood-damaged cars?
No. Under any conditions. We are not in that market.
What do I receive before paying anything?
Inspection report, photos, video, VIN history - for every vehicle we shortlist for you.
How do payments work, and how do I know they're safe?
70% after you approve the inspected vehicle; 30% after it ships, with the bill of lading sent to you first. All payments go to AutoConnect FZ-LLC's company bank account - never a personal account. Bank escrow is available on request. You receive an invoice before paying and a receipt after.
What if the vehicle that arrives isn't what I approved?
That's what the 30-Day Replacement Guarantee is for - see the full terms on the Why AutoConnect page. In short: covered mismatches and undisclosed mechanical, safety or structural failures are resolved with a replacement vehicle, logistics on us.
How long until my car arrives?
After shipping: Lagos typically 15–25 days sailing, Tema 3–5 weeks, then 5–7 working days customs, then door delivery. We confirm expected timing with your quote.
Who pays import duties and clearing fees?
We do - they're included in your delivered price. One price, to your door.
Can I buy brand new, or only pre-owned?
Both. Most of our pre-owned vehicles are agency-certified - sourced directly from official brand dealerships. Certification status is shown for each vehicle and confirmed in your documentation.
Can you supply both left-hand and right-hand drive vehicles?
Both Ghana and Nigeria drive left-hand drive (LHD), so that's what we source by default. We can also supply right-hand drive (RHD) on request - typically for buyers who plan to onward-export to RHD countries like Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania or South Africa. Steering side is always confirmed in your documentation before purchase.
